Best overall clamp available. I have a 10 year old example that has been all over the place and still show no signs of fatigue. Ordering another today.
This is the only clamp I could find that fits the 2" uprite pipe on my Pearl rack legs. It also feature a quick release design on both ends. The extra long bolts are hardened steel, and the nuts are high quality.
This is old school . Well thought out and constructed of high quality materials.
This clamp cost more than most for good reasons. The quality of the casting and the hardened extended length fastners, and it will fit on the widest range of tubing sizes of any clamp I have ever seen.

.Bought this to move my 10 and 12 inch toms off of my bass drum. They are attached to this clamp which is located on a cymbal stand. This enabled me to move my toms lower than before (which is what I wanted). Anybody with a kit that has the constantly breaking tom arms knows you have to overtighten the arms to keep the toms from banging into the hoop of the bass drum. This fixed the problem.

.Highly reccomended for anyone who wants more placement options for their toms. Also it frees the kick drum of having to have your toms mounted to it if they come that way like my stage custom and similar mid range kits.
I've got a stage custom kit and only use the 10" mounted tom. This clamp allows much better placement of the tom according to my own taste. I've got it mounted to a double braced DW cymbal stand and it is solid!
Not 100% sure if it is actually made out of metal, it feels pretty light to me but the screws and nuts are solid. Overall it does not feel cheap.
About the same cost as some drum heads but the benefit of being able to place my toms closer to the snare is worth it all the way.

.All of my cymbal stands are , and are pushing 9 years old. I have not had any problems with screws stripping or other breakage after playing almost every weekend. I am confident that this bracket will likewise stand the test of time! The only issue I've had with hardware was a hihat stand- the plastic cam that adjusts the spring tension broke- after 6 years of use. Not bad at all!
