It's a bench and the quality is excellent. I wish it had storage space, but those benches are more expensive. Stop reading these reviews, buy one, and get back to practicing your piano chords!

.Nice, thick, firm but not hard, bench top. A bit like memory foam, but firmer.
I see in the Cons of other reviews where some indicate it is difficult to adjust. But all it involves is unscrewing one bolt, inserting the bolt in the hole that best fits your height requirement, and tightening the bolt via a large turning knob. No tools needed. Nothing difficult about it. It took me a little less than two minutes to adjust the height.
I will be using it to play my lap steel guitar. I have it set to the lowest height position (19") and the height of the lap steel table is 26-1/2". In this position, my feet are comfortably flat on the floor.
My height is 5' 7-1/2". I will be ordering another one just to have on hand.

.Bench has solid construction. Seat cushion is sturdy. One issue I have are the screws that lock the legs in place at the bottom of the seat. They're a bit cumbersome. A good little bench overall.

.I got one of these with an YPG-625. It is NOT tall enough for a comfortable playing height. With only 2 settings for height there isn?t a whole lot you can do though. I put mine on a couple boards. It?s not a bad little bench - not real wide, definitely not what I would suggest as a keyboard bench. I use it more for sitting on and playing guitar! Great for kid use but would not recommend for adult sized players or larger keyboards. Spend the money on the bigger bench.

.Use as a guitar stool. Folds up small, and has worked well. This is the second one, the first lasted 7 years before the vinyl cover finally died.

.I got what I expected with this bench, I doubt it is manufactured by but it is, like most products, serviceable without being exceptional. will never be Steinway but they reliably deliver products that more than adequately do their job. In an area like musical instruments and their accessories, that's a lot better than the flimsy garbage marketed by many other companies. I trust I will get years of use from this bench.
