Vintage appointments include open-gear tuners, an aged toner top, antique white accents, and faux tortoise pickguard. Forward-shifted bracing allows for greater vibration of the top, while a modern neck profile gives you improved comfort and playability.

Tone wise, this is THE dreadnought sound. Solid bass, fantastic clarity on the high end, and great sustain. The notes ring out with authority. The neck feels comfortable, it is easy to play. Intonation is good, fit and finish is top notch. This is the standard dreadnought for a reason. You can certainly find some more intricate looking guitars at this price point, but I don't think you can find better sounding. All of the big 3 (Martin, Taylor, and Gibson) have their own sound, and feel. They all have their strengths and weaknesses, and I could easily see myself adding a Taylor later specifically for their sound. But when most people think acoustic, they think of the dreadnought sound, and no one seems to deliver it quite like this does.’
