Excellent build quality. Attention to detail very high. The neck reminds me of my American Telecaster, the size and shape. It's a slim body guitar. Much thinner than a tele or strat. The pickups do a very good job, they sound nice, and even good in all positions. It's just a really nice guitar for the money. I buy, sell, trade guitars all the time. I think that I will keep this one. It's just too cool.

.This guitar is totally boss looking. Well built and finished. Mine was actually ready to gig right out of the box! As a Strat guy it was a bit bigger than I am used to, but it is well balanced and felt just fine soon enough. Neck is D shaped so also a bit different than Fender, but easily overcome. So far you can tell I just got it for its appearance! It is however, a great piece for the cost. She holds tune and plays true. The humbuckers do their job well and do a retro kind of sound (think vintage Danelectros), but through a good amp and processer you can make them get any tone you want. I use a Fender Hot Rod w/ a Boss ME80. Now the only quibble I have: The "coil tap" does get the thinner sound, but nowhere near a true single coil PUP. Not too close to P90, either. Still does OK, but don't expect to sound like a Strat! Bottom line: a fun guitar in looks and feel with good quality. Good humbuckers. No true single coil sound from coil tap.
