I purchased this as my first 7 string. About the only gripe I had was that I needed to tweak the height of the saddles but that's to be expected. The guitar feels amazingly comfortable to play! The neck is smooth for sliding, the thin C is perfect for my hand size. The pickups are pretty versatile and articulate, letting you cover almost any genre from blues and jazz time hard rock. I think the pickups are pretty great for classic heavy metal but I would not recommend for extreme or death metal. I feel like buying another one and switching the bridge pickup for a Nazgul because I can't quite let myself get rid of those Super Rock iis.

.The Stealth C-7 is a testament to Schecter's ability to build metal guitars that are of high quality, yet extraordinarily affordable. The guitar is surprisingly lightweight, but does not come off as feeling flimsy in any way. The pickups are where the guitar falls a bit flat however. They aren't terrible per se, but they definitely lack a bit of punch when you're trying to play heavier music such as djent (lets face it, at least 90% of why you'd ever want a 7 string is for djent). Luckily, that can easily be rectified by buying a new set of pickups. They do however produce a rather warm tone that works wonders for playing clean riffs/licks. The guitar arrived in pristine condition and ready to play right out of the box. The guitar stays in tune and plays remarkably well even when dropping the tuning down to drop G and F.

The Stealth C-7 definitely isn't a perfect dream guitar, but considering its strengths and its price, I'd say I am very happy with what I got.

.Guitar fills the need it was purchased for. The neck and feel of the guitar is solid. The cut away makes access to higher frets easy. The Schecter pickups are as good as anything in the market today.
