This very rare archtop has been repaired and setup and is a great player. It has seen a hard life but all cracks have been fixed. The neck angle is good and the frets are almost new (was re-fretted). The Nut measures 1 7/8", Lower bout 16", Upper bout 11 3/8", 4" thick. As you can tell from the pictures this is no museum piece but it plays well with low action and has a lot of volume...really bites through. Has it's own tone. Serial number 33257 which makes me think it is a 1933 which is the correct era.
The flattop version of this guitar was made famous by John Fahey. I have never seen another archtop.
Please ask any questions as this is a used guitar and we both want to be happy.
