Product Description

In the 1970's Herbert Couf(then president of Armstrong) contracted Keilwerth to make these instruments for him and they featured a large bell, rolled tone holes and heavy construction which produced a VERY big sound quality and exceptionally good playing instrument.

At one point, the entire Stan Kenton Saxophone Section was playing H. Couf saxophones which contributed to the huge sound of their section.

This one is in great playing condition and has been gone thru by our repairman of over 40 years experience. It has four new pads and is gig ready! It also has a second neck which the repairman tweaked specifically for this horn. Free shipping!
