Beautiful Gretsch Country Gentleman, model 6122. As far as we can gather from the serial number it's from October, 1971.
This classic guitar is in great condition, has a few very small cosmetic marks from the years. Frets are worn down quite a bit and eventually it will need a fret job.
The cover on the case is loosening a bit, but as far as we know it's the original case. Tried to capture all of the important bits in the pictures.
Fun fact: The original owner of this guitar had a personalized letter from Fred Gretsch that's been kept in the case compartment.
Please feel free to make an offer.
Thanks.
