Attention Yamaha drum fans.

Up for sale is vintage Yamaha 16 x 16 floor tom, made in Japan from the 1980s.
Model and serial number FT 515GC KZ3224. Copper and black badge.

This particular series of drums were referenced in vintage Yamaha drum literature as the 5000 series -- made with black gloss wrap and split lugs in place of more traditional lacquer finishes and long vertical lugs.
The drum is very clean condition with no shell damage, no extra holes, no breaks in the wrap. Rich high gloss shine. Very clean chrome hardware with original hoops, legs, t rods, lugs, etc. The lriginal rubber feet on legs are missing -- very easy and cheap to replace.

Original natural birch finish shell interior - interior and bearing edges are in excellent condition.
Beautiful drum with amazing low end punch and wide tuning range.
