this purchase was for my step daughter who plays in a church praise band. she had a fender but the pick ups were damaged in our move from pa to tn and it was cheaper to buy anew bass then repair the old one she chose the ibanex for style and ease of playing. she is very happy with ths guitar and we would highly recommend it for any novice or intermediate musician it has great tone and is well worth the price

.Bass has a great sound out of the box and very little action adjustment was needed. Being a start up bass, the finish is not 100% perfect and the neck is two piece glued but seems well done.

I would include a better amp or try the bass only purchase.

overall, good for the price, cool looks (silver looks great), and best of all, great sound.

I had played the bass many years ago and when I decided to change one thing in my "Bucket List", I wanted a bass guitar. Well this guitar exceeds my expectations! Great solid feel, great sound, and a cool look! With the great price and received on the time that was given, I couldn't go wrong.

.My first bass and no regrets. The bass feels right, solid, and was ready to play right away. The entire kit really gives you all you need to get going except a cleaning kit. It holds its tuning very well and sounds great even after heavy duty playing and practicing. Easy to pick up and just start playing. Definitely a wonderful value. Even the paint (Metallic Purple) is attractive.

.I used to play guitar years ago, but getting a little older I found it hard to pick it back up. So I decided to try bass and bought this guitar to start that journey. So glad I did!! Great guitar that is light but solid. Sounds great!! The amp is OK for practicing at home, but not for anything else. I will have to adjust the pickups as they smack when I hit the strings too hard, but that will be easy to fix. Really happy.
