Product Description

Designed to meet the demands of performing vocalists, XD-V35 sets a new standard in handheld wireless systems, delivering classic wired mic sound with the superior audio quality, operation and reliability of the proven Line 6 digital wireless platform. Based on the company's class-leading fourth-generation digital wireless technology, the XD-V35 system provides great sound, unmatched performance and license-free operation worldwide in a compact, easy-to-use system.

Pure vocal reproduction with superior operation
Using the same technology as Line 6's XD-V75 flagship wireless system, the XD-V35 wireless signal is so clear and strong that it sounds just like you're using a wired microphone. Unlike traditional analog wireless systems, there's no compression or expansion in the signal chain to affect the natural sound. The great-sounding capsule captures your voice perfectly, using a cardioid pattern to minimize feedback - perfect for use on noisy stages or in rehearsal studios. The system transmits a full 10Hz - 20kHz frequency response with a wide 113dB dynamic range (A-weighted), giving a huge amount of headroom for the clearest possible sound. A separate Dynamic Filter works to combat any unwanted environment noise without compromising the vocal sound.

The XD-V35 combines to transmit every nuance of your performance with no degradation in quality across the entire 275' (83m) range. (Note: actual range will depend on RF interference sources nearby including, line of site obstacles.)

Classic wired sound at the touch of a button
Using patented Line 6 modeling technology, the XD-V35 microphone's signature sound is based on the sonic characteristics of Shure's SM58 mic, a live-performance favorite renowned for its versatility and warm sound.

2.4GHz broadcast...Worry free...License free
Nothing should get in the way of a great vocal performance. Ensuring peace of mind and the most reliable performance, XD-V35 systems operate in the 2.4GHz band, which is free from interference due to TV broadcast, public safety announcements, cellphone towers and other transmitting devices. Encoded DCL (Digital Channel Lock) technology prevents reception of any audio interference from other 2.4 GHz devices and ensures signal integrity.

Confused by wireless licence fees? Don't be. All Line 6's XD-V systems are fully FCC compliant and use the 2.4GHz band, so you don't have to worry about license fees or regulations wherever you are in the world.

One-step setup
Whatever the application, XD-V35 is all about simplicity. You don't need to be a live-sound engineer to use it. Just switch on, select one of the six always-available channels on the mic transmitter / receiver and you're up and running. That's it. No tweaking, no frequency scanning - it's ready to go in seconds.

Easy-to-read displays on the transmitter and receiver provide accurate battery-life data, so you can be confident you won't get caught with dead batteries in the heat of a performance. Standard AA alkaline batteries provide 8 hours of constant use (and two batteries are conveniently included so you're ready to go right out of the box).

To sum it all up, I have used this wireless at practice and at shows. I like the fact that i can set the level and swap out the wireless and wired and there is no change in line level. I can walk around the crowd and sing and talk without any cut outs. Also it has close to that SM58 sound.
This mic is pretty basic when it comes to features. You have LEDs to check battery status on the handheld and then you have LEDs for the signal quality. There is one dial to select channels on the reciever and a inset button for the power and channel selector on the handheld. Two out puts on the back XLR and 1/4 inch. Thats it!

NEEDS A MUTE BUTTON!!! Does not have one!!
The handheld is solid the battery cap though is like most; it has a plastic feel. The reciever is compact and strong I have already dropped it about 4 feet and it didnt leave a scratch.
I would say this is a smart buy! If you need about 200 - 300 feet of flawless range without drop outs or interference this is the wireless you need to buy, and for the price you cant go wrong! Plus just look at other digital wireless mics...aint going to find them for this price.
Line 6 XD-V35 Digital Wireless Handheld Microphone System Black
. Bought the XD-V35 wireless mic to replace an AKG wireless that started giving us problems. I own several Line 6 products so the expectation was high. The sound quality is not as good as the other mic we were using (primarily being used for announcements, toasts, etc) but we are not getting the "pops" that the other mic gave us from the very beginning. So far so good otherwise after a couple of gigs. We will probably keep using it for the same purpose but can't imagine using it for lead vocals.
Very basic, on/off switch but no mute or standby.
Works fine but sound quality is lacking. Very clear signal and no interference experienced so far.
Get what you pay for. Clear signal but don't plan to use for singing.

.Tried other wireless systems before but nothing compares to the line 6. Great range away from base allowing clear, clean responce while interacting with the crowd. Excellent responce. Comparable to more expensive systems. Highly recommended.

.The best wireless mic I've had!!
Lightweight, clear sound, powerful, has XLR and 1/4"outputs, etc.

And the best thing I like about it is the signal. NO dropouts or signal interference I frequently have with UHS and VHF mics. Not at all...!!
Line 6 XD-V35 Digital Wireless Handheld Microphone System Black
.This is a very useful mic that delivers what its ad promises and more. I use this with my Behringer Xenyx mixer and powered speakers for DJing and doing karaoke at parties. Because I my equipment is just for personal/recreational use, I wanted versitility on a budget, and I'm pleased with the results. The 2.4 Ghz signal is great, no problems with cut-outs or pops whatsoever. The mic has that SM-58 sound, low handling noise, and you can use rechargable AA batteries, meaning you never have to worry about being able to find a replacement battery. The battery life on this unit is great too. You could pay a lot more for a mic and still not get this quality.
Line 6 XD-V35 Digital Wireless Handheld Microphone System Black
.constantly cutting out , my range is about 50 feet after that its useless, i think i got a dud. I have changed channels batterys ect, still get cut outs to many people in the way it cuts out as well. I have had to hold the receiver up in the air to allow someone to finish their speech.
Line 6 XD-V35 Digital Wireless Handheld Microphone System Black
.I bought this microphone one year ago to replace another one that I had used for 8 years with out a fault. It was a ByerDynamic. The sound quality on the Line 6 is nowhere near the quality of my previous mic or any wired mic that I have. At the present time it is in the repair shop in New York to try to correct a "popping" sound when I switch it on. My other disappointment is the lack of battery life. New AA batteries only last about 2 hrs of continual use. I would npot recommend this mic to anyone else. I am a professional mobile DJ that uses a wireless handheld mic every weekend.
