Hi, I am selling my Epiphone Broadway Elitist. It is in the natural blonde finish. This guitar is in impeccable condition. I would call it near mint, but Reverb does not have a description like that. The guitar is near perfect, no player wear and plays like a dream. This is my second Epiphone Elitist. Serial number is T705833. I don't know the production year, but my guess is it's a 2005 based on the 05 in the serial number, but I could be wrong.
The guitar is beautiful with lots of flame and it sounds terrific. These Broadway Elitists do not come up for sale very often so here is your chance to own one. at a reasonable price. I have owned Gibson L5s, Gibson Super 400s and Tal Farlows and ES5s, ES175s and ES775s in my lifetime and this one plays very well compared to all of those very expensive guitars.
I also have a Heritage arch top which I play the most and I am getting older and don't have need for so many toys any more so I am selling this guitar in hopes someone will enjoy playing it daily which I do not do. It is a great guitar and deserves a home where it will be played often.
The case is also in very good condition. The smudge marks are not rips or tears, they are smudge marks and would come off with windex and a rag , but I didn't feel the need to spend the time cleaning it so I will ship it like this, but will tell you they are white smudges. No tears or rips at all.
