This is a very special, beautiful guitar. It's a 2012 Fall Limited Edition from Taylor. It has a Cedar top and Tasmanian Blackwood back and sides. There are no scratches or dings on this guitar; it is pristine and has always been kept in a humidified room. It has Taylor's "Expression System" pickup inside and works great and it includes Taylor's hard shell case. I have not seen one for sale but it is available new from Taylor's custom shop for $2898.00.
