Here’s a Great Playing Original Vintage Sixties Harmony H-54 Rocket with the double cutaway and 2 DeArmond “Mustache” Pickups. I haven’t had this apart, so I don’t know what year it is.
This one is in outstanding condition, and looks like it spent most of its life in the case.
The switch, pickups, and controls are all working properly. The pickups sound strong and have a great clean tone. The action is clean on every note from one end of the fret board to the other with no string buzzing. The adjustable neck is straighter than most of these I’ve seen. There are no signs of wear on the fingerboard or frets, with plenty of life left in them. The tuners are all straight and turn smoothy with no play or sloppiness.
The body and neck are solid with no cracks, breaks, or repairs. There are a couple of small chips, along with a few scratches, dings and dents, and some checking in the finish, but not what you would expect to see on a guitar this old.
Comes with the original case and hang tags.
