1968 Fender Deluxe Reverb Amp. This amp was just fully serviced at
The Amp Lab, one of the best vintage amp specialists, and it is now in
fantastic working order with outstanding tone. It was found hidden in
storage for a few decades so we decided to bring it in and get it back
into shape. All stratchiness from the pots have been removed, a few
incorrect tubes were replaced, static removed, a new reverb tank
installed, and tubes properly biased. There is zero hum.
This 50 year old amp has quite a bit of cosmetic wear with some
hardware rust, tears in the finish, and some small holes in the grill.
The Fender logo from the grill has come off. The rear panels are
missing. All wear is cosmetic and the wood is still in great shape. The
tremelo is a little on the weak side, but all still sounds great. The
2-prong AC cord has been spliced together. This classic amp will last
another 50 years if you take care of it.
