TEAC/TASCAM 234 Syncaset rack mount 4 track cassette recorder with 90 day warranty dating from 11 April 2017. Warranty covers all work performed and transfers fully to new owner. Superb condition, professionally inspected and refurbished by AzTech of Watertown MA, restored to factory spec. Tested and 100% functioning, includes service receipt. Very low hours and good cosmetic condition.

The TASCAM 234 Syncaset was the first 4-track rackmountable cassette recorder/reproducer with dbx and 3 3/4 IPS tape speed.

4-Track cassette-based recorder with 4 VU Meters for each channel, 4 section for channel control (input level signal, output balance), digital counter, noise reduction system, jack for headphones (volume control). An output select button switches between the four back panel inputs and the four tape outputs. Power consumption 30W.
