Except for the length, it's a great product. Good gold color to match the jack plate and tele-style knobs, and seems durable enough you won't be chipping off gold and seeing potmetal screw underneathe.
They work nice for the switch, but not so much for the pickups. Would be better for pickups if they were a countersink head shape, and a little bit longer. The action is nice and low on my guitar with a short screw like this it doesn't let me adjust them down out of the way.

Caution and advice - Check the pickup height before you put all those freakin' screws back in. When the pickup pops off the short screw and the spring falls down inside, frustration is maximized. Especially at 2 in the morning.
