I bought a Fender Hotrod and only after a short time the black (dog bone)rubber handle it came with broke and luckily didn't damage anything. Custom Guitar's Friend easily replaced it free of charge but only a month later the new one broke in the same way! I use the Amp as a practice amp and barely even tote it around so beware if you own an amp with this handle! They are sending me a leather handle so I hope that solves this problem.

.This handle works. It works really well for a while.. until it breaks. I bought my amp in April, and the handle broke twice already. It's covered by warranty, but the only good serviceman is an hour's drive away.. kind of a hassle. I wouldn't recommend buying it, but it's what you get with an amp, so I don't know if you have much of a choice.

.SAME AS ALL REVIEWS-THIS HANDLE BROKE ON THE AMP'S THIRD TRIP OUT. I HAVE OWNED MY HOTROD DELUXE FOR LESS THAN ONE WEEK. THANK GOD IT DIDN'T BREAK WHEN I WAS CARRYING IT UP THE STAIRS! GUARANTEED TO FAIL. WORST THING FENDER HAS EVER DESIGNED-PERIOD.

.I bought a Hot Rod Deville 410 on a Thursday, used it Friday and Saturday night and after the gig Saturday night I went to carry the amp to the car and the handle broke. I am very disappointed with the quality of this product and if it wouldn't void my warranty I would put something more useful and efficient on my amp.
