I was swayed by the low cost, especially when buying a 2-pack. But this is not a very comfortable stool. Not nearly enough padding on seat. Should have spent more for better quality. This is a case of you get what you pay for.

.the stools arrived on time, heavy box, lots of packaging material, assembly went well up until you have to attach the seats to the frame, the bolts didn't fit , they were too big diameter, stripped the brass inserts and rendered them useless. If you're handy, you have a drill/driver and some wood screws and can make a quick alteration that works. I gave a low score because this is a problem that should be caught and corrected beforehand.

.I got this pair of stools so my 9 year old and I could play together in the studio. Assembly was pretty quick -- my son even helped. Assembly tools were included but a socket set sped things up a bit. They're sturdy, they swivel, and the foot rest is at a height that works for both of us. All-in-all, I'm pleased.

.I am very happy with this product. The Bar stools were easy to assemble however I highly recommend that you use your own tools. They are comfortable and look great. Great price if you buy as a pair vs individually.

.This is a really nice no frills guitar player's stool. It is sturdy, reasonably comfortable and just the right size to accomodate the average human musician. I have the 24" size. Probably the only slight drawback is the fact that you have to assemble it. If you can use two of them the value is even better since there is a significant price break when you buy two. If you have a need for something like this look no further.
