Super Bullets Nickel-Plated Steel (NPS) electric guitar strings combine the high output and dynamic sound of steel with the smooth feel of nickel. The 3250LR strings are perfect for rock and other styles of music where the guitar needs to cut through.

Fender's patented bullet-end creates a sonic coupling between the string and bridge block, for rock-solid tuning, stability, and increased sustain. Fender has been an instrument of choice for many of the greatest musicians since 1946. Fender's popularity through the generations is a result of their design innovations and commitment to quality. These guitar strings reflect this legacy and are worthy of the Fender name. Attention to detail and the finest materials ensure that you will get the best feeling and greatest sounding strings, set after set.

Make history and compelling music with these bullet-ended strings when you depend on Fender.

Started using Fender bullet end strings probably 30 or so years ago. Was gigging 5-6 nights a week and bought srings by the dozen. Didn't have a guitar roadie, so strung 'em up myself. Found that the Fender bullet end strings hardly ever broke and would never break as a result of the haywire twist failing at the ball end. Did and still do lotsa aggressive string bending-no whammy bar stuff-so I feel pretty confident that these strings will hold up for a couple of gigs. At 60, I'm fortunate now to have a group that still gets gigs though I only play out once or twice a month. I wipe my gigging guitar down and it sits in the case for a few weeks between gigs and I can't remember when a string broke playing live.
30 years ago when I was a full time gigging musician I always used the original Super Bullets. This more recent version has a machined bullet end that not only looks better but fits better in all my guitars.
These strings are high quality. Sound great No problem with breakage--but i put on a fresh set after two gigs on my #1 guitar.

.I use the strings on a newer Strat. I play in a praise band roughly 4 hours per week. The strings consistently provide good tone quality and last a long time.....admittedly, I have dry hands. What I like about the Bullets is that they are so easy to change on the Strat. I can do it start to stop in about 5 minutes.

.I played guitar in a band on the radio and in festivals for 5 years. During that time I used D'Adarrio strings. To me these sound the best. Now that I make electronic music and Hip Hip beats I use Fender Super bullets. I have tried many different string brands in my life. I believe D'Adarrio sounds the best but rusts after a few weeks and sometimes break prematurely. Fender Super Bullets don't sound as good but don't rust very easily and last a lot longer. My music producer friend has had one pair of super bullets on his guitar without rusting over a year.

.These are hot strings. I like to stay with factory strings because I think Fender makes these strings just to perfect fit for their guitars. Fender is top shelf for everything they make.I've played guitar for over 50 years and I've been burned by junk strings in the past so that's why I stick with factory strings.

.The Bullet end on the string makes a solid connection in a Strat's tremolo. when you bend the strings, you don't get that POP noise followed by a drop in tune that comes from a string ball moving inside the tremolo seat cavity. The Bullet sits tight and firm (like Fender designed it that way)inside the bridge. Tone is good if you keep the strings clean after each playing session.

.These are the only strings I would ever put on a Strat. The bullets don't pop when I bend the strings like the standard buttons do. The pop results in tuning issues.
If you leave your guitar in the case for a few months without playing, Breakage might be an issue. If you're like me I try to play at least 3 times a week, and breakage is not an issue. I only noticed breakage on some of my guitars that have been stored with these strings and got them out to play.

.I got these strings on sale with another order just 'cause they were cheap. I needed a new set for my LP Jr so I put there on and they're very good. I like the heavier deep end strings on the shorter scale junior.
