The gloss finish had streaks in it. I think they put the frame in the plastic bag before the shellack was dry. There is a run on the finish, also two very small dings. The rubber on the guitar hanger had a tear on it. The guitar supports have tabs that are supposed to fit into the frame. Ya right! The Chinese manufacturer apparently has no quality control in place. I got free shipping yet The Custom Guitars' Friend return policy says they will deduct the shipping charges from my credit if I send this defective product back. Why don't they charge back the shipping costs to the manufacturer or the supplier who sent them this substandard product instead of making the customer pay? Oh, to add insult to injury, I received this order 2 days ago. I just got in to write this review and I see that the price has dropped significantly.
