This retro stool looks very cool! The photo doesn't really do it justice. My fender stool came in red naughahyde sparkle sides with a red fender logo on a black seat. I'm not sure how they decide what color you get (I had thought my order would be silver sparkle siding), but I was happy to get red. A very nice accent for the music room.

.I purchased this specifically for garage use, in front of the workbench where I work on my guitars. The red band around the seat has sparkles in it, something that wasn't obvious to me in the pictures, which gives it a little extra "wow" factor. The seat rotates.

Use at home for practice. Great on the gig. I am 6'3", so the 30" stool was what I needed. Still like to rock at 72 buy need a little rest now and then.

.I needed a stool to sort of lean against while playing. I have a genetic disease that is causing my calf muscles to atrophy and I can't stand on one foot to play wah wah. This is tall enough so I can lean against it instead of sitting on it, which is why the 24" version wouldn't work well for me. High quality chromed metal makes this thing very sturdy.
I bought it on sale here at MF.

.I picked up one of these for playing because I suffer from lower back pain and playing while standing all the time isn't an option for me. Shipping was fast. Assembly was very straight forward although the instructions are a little vague. I like the design, it's a sharp looking stool. I could use a little more padding but that's just me and my lower back situation.

.I got this for it's 30 inch hight to sit and play the upright bass. It works okay for that. If I had a bar in the home, I would order some more of them and the stool was very easy to put together.
