I used this body to build a new bass as a backup to my normal bass. The body was perfect. The finish was amazing. All the pre- drilled hole line up great. Sound is great and it looks very sharp. You can not go wrong with this item. The price was very reasonable.

.Someone needs to update the detail description. This is clearly a Precision body, not a Jazz body.

.I built a Fender MIM bass from the ground up. I bought the body, neck and some accessories from Custom Guitar's Friend. I also chose a Gotoh high mass bridge and a Seymour Duncan split pickup. It's a great body and I love it. Be AWARE that yet there are bridge screw holes drilled ... not so for the pickguard holes and the pick-up holes. Be sure and use an awl to start where you are going to drill. One really has to be paying attention when drilling and all.
