I bought this guitar because I wanted something that had an aggressive look and sound for playing metal music. This guitar does exactly what I expected from it. I use a line 6 spider IV. The only con that I've found so far is staying in tune. I've never had a floyd rose guitar, so this is pretty much new for me. The thing with the floyd rose bridge is that it is a floating bridge, so basically it is sustained by the tension of your strings and 3 springs on the back of the guitar. I believe its because of my inexperience with this system that im having problems with the tuning. Nevertheless if your looking for something to play thrash metal covers on stage with a great sound, this is it.
