I will speak only to the fact that these are much smaller than the medium size standard white National thumb picks that I was trying to replace. These picks fit so tight and were so uncomfortable that I will never use them.
NOTE: If you are buying these because you have a big thumb, you will likely be very unhappy.

.I'm quite particular about thumb picks and was pleased to find out how nice the fit and feel is for these. Everyone has different taste and preferences for their picks based on the shape and contour of their hands and style of music that they play, so it's hard to say that these would be a uniform fit for everyone. For me however, these work great as I like to play country, folk, and jazz finger style guitar.
