The Saber SL Hybrid is a finely crafted instrument, featuring a solid alder body. The reinforced neck is a 34-inch scale three-piece laminate of rock maple with a two octave rosewood fingerboard. The hardware is black chrome, and the bridge is a unique custom carbon/graphite monolith, an individual assembly for each string which also integrates the transducer system. The Hybrid Model adds an active humbucking magnetic pickup to the system, with a full pan control that provides the choice of all optical pickup, or a traditional magnetic sound, as well as any blend of the two, for a widely enhanced tonal range- truly the best of both worlds.
