Product Description

's FG800 Folk Acoustic Guitar is a reasonably priced entry-level acoustic guitar featuring one of the most popular tonewoods - solid Sitka spruce - for the top, with a Sand Burst finish. This gives you a nice mellow tone with a slower response, and keeps the guitar nice and lightweight, a combination that is ideal for a beginner trying to find their way around the instrument. The nato back and sides also keeps the guitar lightweight and inexpensive while not sacrifcing tone. Other features of the FG800 include a rosewood fingerboard and bridge, black and white body binding, die-cast tuners, a tortoise pickguard and a Road Runner RRDWA hardshell case.

RRDWA CaseThis dreadnought case by Road Runner features strong multi-ply wood construction with Tolex covering. The valances are stitched through the case top and your guitar will be well kept in its soft, cushioned interior.

The soft, plush interior protects your dreadnought from scratches and nicks, plus Road Runner uses a special, eco-friendly, dye-free material, which eliminates the release of polluting bi-products into the environment.

I'm a novice guitar player and wanted a better guitar to practice with. I've tried using cheap guitars and they just don't hold tune well and worse, they are difficult to play. This guitar out of the box was much better than any of the cheapo guitars I've played in terms of both acoustics and playability.
