An absolutely stunning example of Collings' finest, the CJ 35, with hand-tuned bracing and hand-selected German spruce top. Built along the lines of Gibson's J-35 of the 1930s, this mahogany-bodied jumbo has a quality of materials, workmanship, and tone that no one else can or ever could match, ever. Bought here new a year ago and now back from its original purchaser, who unfortunately had to give it up, this Collings will make someone extremely happy, especially with its price, which is markedly less than a new one.
