This fine instrument still features a Solid Sitka Spruce Top and Solid East Indian Rosewood Back and sides. With its Grand Concert body style, the Taylor 812ce 12-Fret Sunburst provides rich tones, a sweet bass and clean resilient highs. The shorter scale allows for easier play and a bigger bottom end.
The pairing of Sitka Spruce and East Indian Rosewood is extremely popular because it has the richest and fullest tone with amazing overtones. This guitar offers dynamic response and a warm full bass.
Since the neck meets the body on this 12 fret model, the Taylor 812ce 12-Fret Sunburst has a bigger bottom end than that of its 14 fret brother. You will find more bass and overall warmth. The stunning slotted headstock adds cosmetically to this sonic stunner.
