NOS in 2013 from a music store that closed.
It is in very
good condition with one scuff with three small marks in the finish pictured, when I bumped my buddies fireplace. Also a few small string change marks in the headstock face. Anything else looking like a scuff it's not only photo reflections.
It has an LR Baggs Anthem installed and sounds wonderful.
I will include the LR Baggs box with instructions on setup and the adjustment tool for the potentiometer. It's the only pickup I use in all my guitars because of it's ability to reproduce the guitars unique tone and the non-intrusive design.
I have played the guitar at open Mic's and had many positive comments on it's tone. It is in near excellent condition less the scuffs per Reverb descriptions I must list it as very good condition.

The tone is excellent as is the intonation.
The last three pictures are to show the minor fret wear from capo use
1st 3rd and 5th frets show some pitting which is not noticeable when playing.
It does not affect the playability at all.
