I have a very nice , recent (2016) Gibson les paul studio faded T here. This is a stripped down tone machine. It has the real big les paul sound. USA made, burstbucker pickups, and the classic tonewood combination of the Les Paul.
It sounds really good, it has the complex midrange and long lasting slow decaying sustain that you get from a quality made guitar ( that is lacking from a lower grade import guitar).
It's one of the best pure tone to value ratio's out there.
The very thin satin UV finish is what makes the guitar affordable. Being thinner i actually think it helps the tone in comparison to an ultra thick lacquer gloss. It has a workman like look to it that i find attractive.
This one is in good used condition with some light playwear on the body and neck. See pics for condition. It comes with a Gibson USA bag, and original Gibson signed checklist.
