Ernie Ball Music Man Axis Super Sport with Piezo. I recently acquired this from original owner, but the pickups (the proprietary EVH ones from his signature EBMM model) don't really fit my "alt country needs".
Not sure on the year, but it is after 2005 since the nut is compensated. Nice birdseye on the back of the neck. Based on conversation with owner, everything is stock. I've only had it for a month, but I've played for a few hours and everything is fully functional, and the piezo function sounds awesome. After I received it, I wonderwiped the neck and changed strings to EBMM Regular Slinky .10s.
The original owner did play this. There is some play wear below the strings on the front. There are also two small indentations (stable with no paint peeling where the clear coat is dinged but not broken through). They are hard to see in the pictures. The pointy ends of the picks point to them. Back of body is very clean--no buckle rash to be seen.
Guy I purchased from described as Cherry Burst. I'd call it Orange Flame.
